Lunar New Year 2011: The Year of the Rabbit Hops In

It's that time of the year again. As with every other major celebration in our Malaysian calendar, the Lunar New Year of 2011 (popularly referred to as the 'Chinese' New Year) is upon us once more. Last year I took a slew of photos, refining and honing my humble skills in  the art. This year, armed with a better camera, a better lens, and more attitude (I didn't mention anything about better abilities huh?), I took upon the task once more, this time choosing to focus on something called Tone Mapping.

I'll probably put up a beginner's article on Tone Mapping once I got it all figured out. Meanwhile, please have a look at my first attempt at Tone Mapping and Pseudo HDR!

Happy Chinese New Year to all celebrants and Happy Holidays to everyone else!
